The towns of Baltimore, Barnard, Cavendish, Plymouth, Reading, Stockbridge and West Windsor are not currently organized with a Town Democratic Committee. It only takes three democrats in a town to organize a committee. Organized towns then have delegates to, voting rights and participation in the Democratic Party.
